A south Donegal councillor says yesterday was not a good day for his area in relation to the provision of long-sought new fire stations in Bundoran and Ballyshannon.
Sinn Fein Councillor Michael McMahon says the absence of money in the council's Three-Year Capital Programme is completely unacceptable.
And he vowed to keep the pressure on to ensure the money is got for the two fire stations.
