A Midlands Northwest MEP is calling for an investment package for the North West region to help it break out of the development trap that a EU Report on regional disparity claims the local region is currently in.
Chris McManus MEP has been telling Ocean FM News that despite the North West region receiving funding, there is no indication if the money will be spent.
