MEP McGuinness impressed by Coveney's 'grit and determination'

North West MEP Mairead McGuinness declared her support for Simon Coveney over the weekend.

McGuinness worked with the Cork TD for many years in the European Parliament but says it was his 'grit and determination in staying in this race' that has secure her support:
