Mica homeowners 'at their wits end'

An Independent TD says people in Donegal are 'at their wits end' over delays in implementing the defective blocks act.

The legislation went through the various stages of the Houses last year and despite a sense of urgency at the time, it has not yet commenced.

Speaking in the Dail to Tanaiste Michael Martin, Deputy Thomas Pringle looked for a definitive timeline.
