Midlands North West European constituency most likely to be affected post Bresxit

The Midlands North West european constituency is likely to be most affected by changes to the boundaries post Brexit.

That's according to North West MEP and Vice-President of the European Parliament Mairead McGuiness who is calling for the Irish Government to now start the process of reviewing the boundaries.

The elections have been set for next May and post-Brexit it means Ireland now gains two seats.

She says as a result constituencies like her own in the North West could be most affected by any changes:
