Minister for Further and Higher Education, Simon Harris, has confirmed today that St Angela's college in Sligo have been granted their capital application, following their integration with Atlantic Technological University.
While visiting St Angela's campus in Sligo today, Minister Harris said that the college had been left in limbo, and was happy to confirm that they were successful in their application for funding.
Speaking to Ocean FM News, Minister Harris described the multi-million euro application as a fantastic opportunity, both for the Sligo-based college and the North West region.
