The Minister for Jobs is in Sligo today consulting with local businesses.
It's part of the government's Action Plan For Jobs.
The event is being hosted by IDA Ireland and Minister for Jobs Mary Mitchell-O'Connor will attend and meeting with about 30 local business people.
It will take place in the new Building Block offices in Sligo town.

The initiative hope to rent the space to start-ups and they are hoping today wil be an opportunity to impress on the Minister the potential of SME’s in Sligo, the importance of the support environment and the significance of developments like the Building Block.
Private meetings are taking place with the Minister this afternoon.
