Further government commitments have been given to those impacted by the Drumkeeran landslides that a swift resolution will be found to help ease the impact of the event.
The new Minister of state for Heritage and Electoral reform Malcolm Noonan visited Leitrim on his first Ministerial outing earlier this week.

Among a number of locations he took in on his tour the recently appointed Minister visited the bog slide near Drumkeeran.
Speaking to Ocean FM news, Minister Noonan says the government will look to support those effected by initially establishing a working group deal with the situation.
