There's mixed views over the new-look pedestrianised Diamond in Donegal Town.
The regeneration project, which has now been complete, has come with some new rules, including the request for motorists being asked to park in the car parks nearby instead of on the Diamond.
There has been some backlash over the new system, with some arguing that local revenue will be lost as a result.
Bikers, who traditionally park up on the Diamond at the weekend, are said to be the biggest loss to local business.
In a post on social media, Simple Simon’s in Donegal Town said that they were saddened that bikes have been banned and made a call for their return.
The business has stated that Donegal Town has always been a hub for bikers who bring a lot of business to the town.
