Phase Two of the easing of Covid-19 restrictions comes into force from today.
Many shops across the north west will open, while people's travel limits have been significantly extended. You are now free to travel freely within your own County and 20 km's after crossing county borders.

Groups of up to six can meet while social distancing, and visits are now possible to the homes of Cocooners.
Working from home's still being advised where possible, and public transport should be only used if absolutely necessary.
