More carriages are needed for Sligo train services at weekends.
That's according to Ballymote Councillor Keith Henry, who says some students returning to Sligo on Friday evenings are being forced to stand as far as Longford.
The Fianna Fail Councillor has written to Irish Rail saying if they expect people to use public transport, then they cannot be expected to stand for an hour and a half.
