A motorist has been clocked speeding at 175km per hour in a 100km zone in County Sligo.
The driver was caught by Gardai in the Drumfin area last night.

The driver has since appeared before a court in Donegal this morning charged with a number of offences.
Gardai in Sligo are reminding people that 70 people have so far lost their lives on Irish roads this year and urging people to slow down and drive with care.
