Gardaí and emergency services are currently at the scene of a Road Traffic Collision near the Collooney roundabout.
The main N4 dual carriageway between Carraroe and Collooney is closed to all southbound traffic,
Diversions will be in place for some time.
Gardaí are urging motorist to take an alternative route if possible.
