McLoughlin: New bus service expected to link north Sligo and south Donegal

A new rural bus service is expected to be launched linking north Sligo with south Donegal, according to Sligo/Leitrim Fine Gael Deputy Tony McLoughlin.

Due to start in May, it will operate from Sligo via Rathcormac, Drumcliffe, Carney, Lissadell, Maugherow, Ballinfull, Streedagh, Grange, Cliffoney, Mullaghmore, Tullaghan Village, and onto Bundoran, Ballyshannon and Rossnowlagh.

Deputy McLoughlin says, that judging from a recently-launched service from Kinlough, Co Leitrim, the new north Sligo/south Donegal route will be a major boost, both for local people and for tourism in the region.
