It's been claimed that 1 in 5 people who identify as LGBTI+ have been physically attacked because of their sexuality.
A new campaign has been launched today to support the LGBTI community entitled BeLongG to youth services which are calling for an end to violence and a safer future for all.
All of Ireland's independent radio stations are joining together for a unique simultaneous broadcast which will go out at 11.59 this morning on every independent station in the country, locally, regionally, and nationally.
The piece entitled “Rainbow Blood” is a reminder, that despite progress, members of the LGBTI+ community continue to experience discrimination, rejection, and hate.
