Accountancy firm EY is creating 270 new jobs including 25 positions in Galway.
The company is opening a second office in Dublin and a new operation in Eyre Square in Galway.
220 of the new positions are being offered to those with experience in the sector - with average salaries expected to be in excess of 50,000 euro a year.
EY also says it's increasing its annual graduate intake to 250 in its seven offices across the country.
