People visiting nursing homes today will need to show a digital covid-19 cert.
New HSE guidance will require proof of vaccination or immunity at the entrance.
It's still unsure whether UK certs will accepted by nursing homes.
This is expected to be particularly problematic for nursing homes in this region.

She's calling for flexibility on the issue.
