The Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa in Sligo has a new owner.
The hotel, at Ballincar, on the road to Rosses Point, has been bought by iNua Hospitality.
With more than €7m in earnings last year, iNua Hospitality owns seven hotels in Killarney, Athlone, Kilkenny, Cork, Limerick, Monaghan and now in Sligo.
The group employs 750 people.
Its hotels have been valued at €90m with over €10m having been spent in improvements.
The Radisson Blu in Sligo has 132 rooms.
It includes a leisure club, spa and wellness centre.
More than €2.5m was invested in the property as part of a refurbishment project last year.
Chief Operations Officer of iNua Hospitality Sean O Driscoll described the Radisson Blu Sligo as a successful and well performing business, located in one of Ireland's most popular tourist destinations on the west coast.
