It seems that new showering facilities at Murvagh beach have gotten off on the wrong foot.
Around 18 thousand euro was allocated in 2021 to install a shower at the beach however questions are now being asked over the level of thought put into the project.

Cllr Michael Naughton believes what has been installed is inadequate and says he won't stand for what's currently in place.
He's calling for a full report into how the money was spent and the design process:
