A number of community and sporting groups across the North West are set to benefit significantly from the latest round of CLÁR funding.
Around €750,000 has been announced for projects in Donegal, with €615,000 going to Leitrim, and €572,000 heading to Sligo.
Today's announcement comes as part of an €8.7m package announced by the Department of Rural and Community Development.
Speaking to Ocean FM News following this morning's announcement, Sligo Leitrim Fine Gael TD, Frank Feighan, says many local communities across the region will benefit from the funding.
