North West Minister appeals for a 'responsible opening'

Several businesses across the counties of Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal will open their doors for the first time today.

Hairdressers, barbers and beauticians will reopen when restrictions ease later this morning.

Click-and-collect retail can also return, along with appointment-only shopping in stores.

The inter-county travel ban will also be scrapped from today.
