North west PTSB customers affected by technical issue

A number of PTSB customers across the north west have expressed frustration over a technical issue which is impacting their accounts.

Customers have been unable to receive payments, including wages, pensions and other transfers they are due to get today.

The bank said: “Due to a technical issue with a third-party payments provider, some customers may be experiencing delays when sending or receiving SEPA payments. All other PTSB services are operating as normal.”
