Retailers are finding themselves in an 'increasingly frustrating situation'.
Non-essential retail has been closed since the 31st of December, when the government imposed Level 5 restrictions with affected businesses not allowed to reopen until May.
Despite many moving online, some smaller businesses have been unable to do so.
