Number of motorists caught speeding outside south Donegal school

A number of people have been caught speeding outside a national school in south Donegal.

Gardaí from Donegal Town Roads Policing Unit teamed up with Louise from Road Safety Authority Ireland at Kilbarron National School in Ballyshannon yesterday morning for their 'Safety at the gate' day.

Gardai conducted speed checks on the road outside the school and two Fixed Charge Penalty Notices were issued.

The legal speed limit in that area is 60KPH.
