A number of people have been arrested in the Capital in connection with a spate of burglaries in County Roscommon.
There were several burglaries recently at residential and commercial premises in Co Roscommon and offences in Westmeath, Cavan, Meath, Offaly, Dublin and Kildare.

Gardaí arrested the suspects this morning in Dublin.
They are being held at Garda stations in the North Western region under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
