A Roscommon East Galway TD is calling for rural regions Covid-19 restrictions to be relaxed in areas such as the North West to allow the people there to return to work.

Denis Naughten says parts of the Country with low rates of infection could be used as a testing ground for the easing of measures so there is a clearer picture when cities begin to return to normal.
