Gardai were patrolling trains in Sligo and Leitrim yesterday as part of Operation Twin Tracks.
The operation was in a bid to prevent and detect anti-social behaviour on public transport services.

With the support of personnel from both public transport providers, Gardaí conducted high visibility, proactive patrols throughout the day.
They also engaged with members of the public, together with staff from Irish Rail.
