A status orange wind warning has been issued for Donegal.
Met Eireann is warning of the potential for downed trees, power outages and disruption from 2pm until 8pm today.
A status yellow alert for rain is also running in the county until midnight.
A similar wind warning is in operation for the entire country until 2am tomorrow.
