There were 108 people awaiting admission to the two main North West hospitals this morning according to the INMO's latest Trolley Watch figures.
According to the latest trolley watch report, there were 64 people waiting at Letterkenny University Hospital, the second highest in the country today.
Meanwhile, at Sligo University Hospital a further 44 were waiting.
Cork University Hospital was the most overcrowded in the country with 65 people waiting there.
Nationally, there were 607 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
