There were 56 people are waiting for a bed at the North West's two main hospitals this morning.
There were 35 waiting at Sligo University Hospital, while 21 were waiting at Letterkenny University Hospital.
University Hospital Limerick was worst affected facility with 78 people on trolleys.
That's followed by 62 at Cork University Hospital, while at Tallaght University Hospital, there were 53.
Nationally, today's figures stood at 643.
