Over 70 people awaiting admission to North West hospitals

There were over 70 people awaiting admission to the two North West hospitals this morning.

40 people were waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 31 were waiting at Letterkenny.

University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded with 94 people waiting there.

Nationally, there were 693 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
