Over €25,000 worth of suspected Cocaine has been seized by Gardai in Sligo.
It’s after Gardaí carried out a number of searches yesterday in what was a planned day of action to tackle the sale and supply of illegal drugs.

Search warrants were executed on a number of residential properties, along with areas of open ground being searched.
Over €25,000 worth of suspected Cocaine was seized during the operation. The drugs are to be sent for analysis.

No arrests were made at this time, however the investigations are continuing.
The operation was carried out by local units and supported by the Garda National Dog Unit.
