Letterkenny University Hospital and Sligo University Hospital remain among the highest rates of overcrowding in Ireland today.
A report from the INMO has revealed that 42 patients were without a bed in Letterkenny this morning, while there were 31 in Sligo.
Rates have dropped since the weekend, where hospitals were overwhelmed across the country with demand.
There are concerns that the Easter Bank Holiday weekend may put the sector under great stress.
