A driver has been arrested after being caught travelling at 175kmh in Co Donegal during National Slow Down Day. Buncrana Roads Policing Unit were operating a speed check on the N13 at Newtowncunningham last night when they detected a vehicle travelling at 175kmh. The speed limit in the area is 100kmh.
