Parts of north Sligo affected by water outage

A number of homes in north Sligo are understood to be affected by a water outage.

Houses in Kisellagh, Cregg, Rosses Point Lower, Ballyweelin, Drum, Kintogher, Rahaberna and Springfield are currently impacted by a burst water main.

Works are being carried out to rectify the issue, with water expected to be restored at around 7pm.

It is recommended to allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for supply to fully return.
