A section of Pearse Road in Sligo has now reopened following yesterday’s road traffic collision.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal for witnesses to a crash, that's left a man in his 70s in a serious condition.

The car he was driving crashed on the Pearse Road at about 8.10pm last night.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has dash-cam footage from the area is asked to contact Gardaí.
