People are getting a higher price when selling their home this year

There has been a steady increase in the price people are getting when selling their homes in the North West.

Real Estate Alliance has carried out a survey which focuses on the actual sale price of a three bedroom semi-detached home in the first three months of the year.

There has been a 2% increase in Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal according to the survey.

It shows that the average sale price of this kind of home in Sligo is €97,500, it's €87,500 in Donegal and €93,000 in Leitrim.
