People urged to give blood at Donegal Town clinics

People in the North West are being encouraged to give blood this week with a number of clinics happening this week.

There are clinics opening in the Abbey Hotel Donegal Town tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday and appointments can be made available through by visiting the Irish Blood Transfusion Service website.

Paul McKinney, Operations Director with the Irish Blood Transfusion service says supplies are low generally with all blood types, so it's vital that people give blood where possible:
