Peter Casey wants to run in the next general election as a Fianna Fail candidate

Runner up in the Presidential Election, Peter Casey says he wants to run in the next general election as a Fianna Fail candidate.

The businessman told The Sunday Independent that he wants to run in the next general election as a candidate in Donegal.

Co. Donegal had one of the highest first preference votes for Mr. Casey where he got 32.8% of the vote.

This trend was found around the country where he was second in every constituency.
