Sligo County Council has granted planning permission for a major housing development in the county town.
The development, located on the Oakfield Road in Sligo town will consist of 207 new homes made up of apartments, terrace houses and semi-detached houses.

This consists of 21 one-bedroom apartments, 37 two-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom terrace houses, 99 three-bedroom terrace houses, 4 three-bedroom semi-detached houses and 42 four-bedroom semi-detached houses.
The application was lodged by Novot Holdings Limited in May 2024.
