Sligo County Council has received a planning application for three separate major housing developments in the county.
The first, located on the Oakfield Road in Sligo town will consist of 207 new homes made up of apartments, terrace houses and semi-detached houses.
This consists of 21 one-bedroom apartments, 37 two-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom terrace houses, 99 three-bedroom terrace houses, 4 three-bedroom semi-detached houses and 42 four-bedroom semi-detached houses.
The application was lodged by Novot Holdings Limited.
The second development, located on the Golf Course Road in Strandhill will consist of 30 two-bed semi-detached and terraced houses, 7 three-bed three-storey semi-detached houses, 42 three-bed two-storey semi-detached houses, 2 four-bed three-storey semi-detached houses, 2 five-bed three-storey detached houses, 7 five-bed three-storey detached houses, 1 five-bed three-storey detached house
That application was submitted by Altitude Distribution Limited.
While in Tubbercurry, Tullacool Limited intend to develop a site at the Ballina Road to construct 8 four-bed detached houses, 2 two-bed terraced houses, 1 four-bed terraced house, 1 three-bed detached house, 3 three-bed semi-detached houses.
