House prices continue to increase in Sligo and Leitrim

Property prices in Sligo increased by €5,000 during the last quarter of 2022 according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report.

Leitrim also saw a price increase in Q4, with properties increasing by €2,500.

Meanwhile, there wasn't an increase or decrease in property prices in Donegal in the final quarter.

The average price of a property in county Sligo now stands at €195,000. Donegal sees a lower figure of €185,000 with Leitrim lower again with just over €167,000.
