Progress on Tubbercurry primary care centre

It's hoped that a planning application can be made next year for the building of a new primary care centre in Tubbercurry, in south Sligo.

It's follows completion of the first stage of the design process for the centre.

Sligo Fine Gael Councillor and general election candidate Thomas Walsh says the HSE is also progressing with the acquisition of the site for the new centre.
