People in South Sligo are being urged to get their property marked in the New Year to prevent theft and make recovery of stolen property easier.
A property marking machine will be in Tubbercurry at Teach Laighne car park on Saturday, January 12th and on the following Saturday, the 19th, at Bunninadden Community Centre car park.
The times at both places will be from 11am to 3pm.
Local Councillor Margaret Gormley is urging people to take advantage of the opportunities to get their property marked.
