A Bundoran based auctioneer has described as 'misleading' a recent report which claims that the average property value in the South Donegal Town is among the lowest in the Country.
The recent report from Daft.ie places the average value of a property in Bundoran at 91,000 Euro.

Cormac Meehan from Sean Meehan & Company Chartered Surveyors says that the majority of properties sold in Bundoran recently have been apartments and as a result the average prices would be lower than compared to dwelling houses being sold.
