The public safety measures that are being currently being rolled out at local Post Offices are working well.
That's according to the Irish Postmasters' Union.
It says that Social Protection payments now grouped into two week payments and emergency 'agent' measures are in use to enable third parties to collect payments if necessary.
Speaking to OceanFM News, General Secretary Ned O'Hara outlined how the general public in the north west have adopted well to the new measures introduced by An Post:
