A new plan for the regeneration and development of Ballyshannon town centre has been launched.
Public consultation on the draft plan, which can be accessed on www.futureballyshannon.com, is open until 4pm on Monday February 15th.
The draft plan was commissioned by Donegal County Council last November.
An architectural, landscape and planning practice, GM Design Associates, is working with the council on the project.
Ruth Diver is executive planner with Donegal County Council's regeneration and development team. She is also the project lead on the Ballyshannon plan.
She has been telling Ocean FM News about the strategy behind the initiative.
