Parts of Donegal documented record amounts of rainfall for the month of February.
Rainfall occurred every day in Malin Head, which was a higher frequency than anywhere else in Ireland.
Other areas in the county were more fortunate, with Finner recording one of the lowest monthly rainfalls in the country, according to Met Eireann.
Temperatures were also on the rise last month in comparison to previous years, but Markree in Sligo still recorded three days of air frost.
