Road closed in Easkey due to overtopping of waves

A local road in Easkey has closed due to the weather conditions.

The L2401 at Bunowna has closed due to overtopping of high waves, and will be closed until further notice.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area.

A wind warning is also in place until 8pm this evening, and people are asked to avoid coastal areas.
