Road remains closed following crash outside Carrick-on-Shannon

The Manorhamilton road from Carrick-on-Shannon remains closed this lunchtime following a serious crash yesterday.

The crash happened between a motormike and a truck at Cartown at around 6pm.

The woman, who was driving the motorbike was taken to Sligo University Hospital.

The Leitrim village/Manorhamilton road out of Carrick-on-Shannon remains closed and diversions are in place.
